Guarantee of Service
At CCT we do everything possible to ensure that every single reservation request is honoured. Unfortunately, there are occasionally circumstances that may prevent us from taking a reservation, such as exceptionally high volume of service requests, and prohibitive weather or traffic conditions.
CCT accepts reservations around the clock seven days a week and we give price quotes on demand. We reserve the right to limit the number of reservations taken at peak periods and during bad weather conditions. During these times our corporate account clients have priority. On the rare occasions when a driver is late it will be due to circumstances beyond our control and, provided we have a phone number for you, we will keep you informed.
We guarantee to check with the airline for updated arrival information, but cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. If a plane arrives earlier than scheduled passengers must call CCT to advise. See Wait Time.
No Show Fee
If a passenger fails to meet the car or driver at the designated location and pickup time the full trip will be charged. Passengers who cannot locate their car or driver must call CCT to avoid No Show billing and get assistance.
Charges for wait time start 10 minutes after the reservation pick-up time. These charges do not apply to late flights however please attempt to notify us in the event of delays. This will avoid further delay and ensure we are there to greet you.
Any trip cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the trip.
Extended bookings / tours or multiple vehicle bookings:
Any cancellations within 7 days are payable in full.

Any baby seat, booster seats are available for an additional cost.
